I wanted to return/exchange several indiviual units contain from pack of 6. First to packs – the lamination did not adhere to printed labels. I have another pack of 6 and was unsure if I should open the rest to test before the exchange/return timeline expired. Please advise on how to proceed with matter. Thank you

The tape broke after only printing a few labels, wasting the entire cartridge. Can you please send us a replacement? We love your product and never had this happen to us before. thank you

I just received the 6 pack of color cartridges from Amazon and 2 of them won’t work. One I tried to fix. But to no avail. Can you please replace the two defective ones? Or send a new pack the 2 defective colors were white and Yellow.

I got this cartridges aug 15. I started using one and it was damaged, the tape got distorted. Do I just return that one, or do I get a refund for one? I don’t know if the other ones from the package will be ok to use. I opened a second one and it was ok.
